Chocolate Mousse -- Anne, serves 4
4oz chocolate--half bakers/dark
2T boiling water
4 eggs
3T sugar

melt choc w water; separate eggs;
beat whites 'til dry; 
beat yokes w sugar til frothy
stir yokes into choc; fold in whites
pour into glasses & chill
